These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SVS Mechanical Sub-Contractor Portal (the "Portal") operated by Silva Vermillion Sowers LLC d/b/a SVS Mechanical ("SVS", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing the Portal or receiving messages from us, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Access
The Portal is provided to employees of sub-contracting companies engaged by SVS Mechanical for the purpose of coordinating work on assigned jobs. Access is by invitation and authenticated via a one-time code sent to a registered email address or mobile phone number. You agree to keep your credentials confidential and to use the Portal only for legitimate work-related purposes.
2. SMS / Text Message Program
When you enter your mobile phone number to sign in, you consent to receive a one-time authentication code via SMS text message. We may also send SMS messages related to job coordination (assignments, status updates, and similar operational notifications).
- Message frequency: Variable — typically only when you request a sign-in code or when there is operational activity on a job you are assigned to.
- Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
- Opt-out: Reply STOP to any SMS to opt out of further messages. You may also stop receiving sign-in codes via SMS by signing in with your email address instead.
- Help: Reply HELP to any SMS, or contact us at info@svshvac.com.
- Carriers: We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include the major U.S. carriers; carrier support may change without notice.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Portal, including (without limitation): attempting to access accounts or data not assigned to you, interfering with the operation of the Portal, uploading malicious content, or using the Portal for any unlawful purpose.
4. Content You Submit
Notes, photos, time entries, and other content you submit through the Portal are used by SVS Mechanical to manage and document the work performed. You represent that you have the right to submit such content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, with or without notice, if your sub-contracting engagement with SVS ends or if we believe you have violated these Terms.
6. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Portal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SVS Mechanical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
